Key Account Manager (M/F/D) - USA

Colquímica Adhesives

Colquímica Adhesives is a global leader in hot‑melt adhesives , with operations across Portugal, Poland, and the United States. We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.

We’re increasing our Sales Team and we're looking for Key Account Managers (M/F/D) to join our team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives;
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion;
  • Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application;
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms;
  • Coordinate tests to approve Colquimica Adhesives;
  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports;
  • Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Chemical Engineering, or similar field;
  • Minimum 3–5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus;
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications;
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
