As a Restaurant Server at AC Hotel Dallas, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects the brand's modern, European-inspired hospitality. You will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and daily specials. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system. Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive service and responding proactively to requests. Collaborate closely with managers, chefs, and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and quickly resolve any guest concerns. Verify and clarify orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed to maintain accuracy and quality standards. Present checks, process payments, and thank guests for their visit in a professional manner. Assist with the setup and arrangement of dining areas, including setting tables and accommodating larger parties when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment by clearing and resetting tables promptly. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
