Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You'll DoMeet with qualified home sellers and conduct listing consultations
Guide clients through the home-selling and listing process
Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Manage seller leads, follow-up, and pipeline through our CRM system
Host open houses and convert listing opportunities into clients
Deliver an exceptional, professional seller experience
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
- Active Real Estate License (South Carolina required)
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, driven, and growth-focused
- Organized with excellent follow-through
