Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ Annually

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Conduct listing consultations with prospective home sellers

• Develop pricing strategies and present Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)

• Guide sellers through the listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing process

• Follow up with seller leads using established CRM and sales systems

• Convert qualified listing opportunities into signed listing agreements

• Manage transactions from listing appointment through closing

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required

• Motivated to grow listing volume, production, and income

• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a collaborative team environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Coachable, driven, and committed to professional growth

• Values proven real estate sales systems, training, and support
