Project Estimators prepare and submit competitive bids for new projects across our company's Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals and Transportation markets. Key Responsibilities:Prepare project estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC and/or Plumbing projectsThorough review of project-scope documentationAttend scheduled job walks. Ask project-related questions.Complete material take-offs, collect equipment and subcontractor pricing, prepare estimatesCommunicate with external and internal project partnersHit key milestones and submission deadlines. Help win new projects.Qualifications:2+ years of experience with construction, HVAC, or plumbing estimatingHVAC and/or plumbing project estimation (preferred)Familiarity with digital project-estimation platforms (preferred)QuickPen experience (preferred)
