Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exemplary communication skills coupled with a strong ability to connect with clients through empathy and active listening.

• Proven organizational skills and time-management abilities to manage a caseload effectively.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions with any licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on individual therapy.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and software.
