About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Field Operations to lead and drive operational excellence across multiple club locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing General Managers, coaching field leaders, and executing company initiatives with a focus on operational performance, including revenue, membership growth, and staffing. The VP will also be tasked with standardizing operating procedures, training, and best practices, as well as championing a high-performing team culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Field Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' multi-unit operations leadership experience in a high-touch service environment such as hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or similar. The role requires a proven track record in leading General Managers or senior operators, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage P&Ls, labor, KPIs, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at coaching teams, and experienced in creating operational consistency across multiple locations. A background in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and a willingness to travel regularly between club locations are also essential.
