Nurse Practitioner – Hematology/Oncology – Full Time – NewYork‑Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Medical Group NewYork‑Presbyterian Medical Groups (NYPMG) are part of the physician enterprise of NewYork‑Presbyterian, one of the nation’s most comprehensive academic health care delivery systems affiliated with two world‑renowned medical schools. Through primary care and multispecialty medical practices, NYPMG, in collaboration with Columbia Doctors and Weill Cornell Physicians, provide patients with high quality, patient‑centered care close to home in the New York metropolitan area. The Nurse Practitioner will be part of the Oncology care team ensuring excellent care and services are provided to in‑patient hematology/oncology patients with respect and compassion. Some outpatient coverage may be required. The role focuses on evidence‑based nursing, improving the patient care experience and leading initiatives to enhance care quality. Schedule and Hours This is a full‑time, 40‑hour role scheduled five days per week. A future possibility exists for a four‑day, 10‑hour schedule. The schedule and hours may vary based on operational needs and may include weekend rotation.
