THE SHORT VERSION
We clean roofs and building exteriors across the Pacific Northwest using our proprietary RoofRX™ system. No pressure washing — this is skilled, technical work on high-end residential and commercial properties. We're growing fast and need A-players who want a career, not just a paycheck.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Perform roof treatments using our proprietary RoofRX™ soft wash system
• Exterior house and building washing
• Gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Window cleaning
• Work from a fully equipped Hydra Clean service truck (solo most days — 2-person crew on $2,500+ jobs)
• Deliver premium results that earn 5-star reviews and repeat customers

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Physically capable — you're on roofs, carrying equipment, working outdoors in PNW weather

• Self-motivated — you'll run your own truck and manage your own route most days
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to the shop
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs (we train on safety, but you can't be afraid of heights)

• Authorized to work in the US

EXPERIENCE
No roof cleaning experience needed — we'll train you on RoofRX™. But if you've worked in any of these, you'll ramp fast:
• Exterior cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning
• Roofing or construction
• Landscaping or outdoor services
• Any physically demanding skilled trade
