Key Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting across multiple production locations Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience Required Qualifications 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades within manufacturing Proven ability to handle high requisition loads of 50-75+ positions Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations simultaneously Must reside in the Central time zone High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
