PeriOperative Services Registered Nurse
Schedule
40 hours per week with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40.
Requirements
- Experienced in orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy.
- Current nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for patients of all age groups.
- Advocate for and care for patients during the peri-operative period from admission through discharge.
- Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
