Come join Davis Staffing, Inc.! We are seeking Evaluation Supervisors for all 3 of our branch offices. Locations are: Hammond, Oak lawn and Olympia Fields.
Job Requirements Include:Bilingual in Spanish is a must
Reliable transportation to and from work
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Must be able to multitask
Excellent PC skills
Job Responsibilities Include:
Presents a professional image of Davis Staffing, Inc. when performing business activities (e.g. answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and corresponding and visiting with customers/clients)
Answers incoming phone lines, screens, takes and delivers accurate phone messages, and directs calls to appropriate staff members. Returns all calls in a timely manner
Maintains a professional attitude, builds rapport, and delivers exceptional customer service
Greets all visitors in a professional, polite, interested, respectful and pleasant manner. Presents a warm, welcoming atmosphere for applicants, employees, and clients visiting the office
Exercises independent judgment in determining the qualifications of applicants
Job Details Include:
Part time, Monday - Friday
This is an hourly position
8:00 am - 2:00 pm
$18 an hour
