Critical Loop is hiring its first dedicated Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across the business and help scale our hiring infrastructure. You will partner with hiring managers and executives to attract outstanding talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, corporate functions, and leadership. You’ll shape recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and cadence to deliver a consistently high-quality hiring experience, reporting to the People & Talent Lead and building stronger systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Better Ventures
