Deal Desk Manager

Interim Deal Desk Manager Our client, a high-growth software company, is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to support a rapidly expanding sales organization. This opportunity is fully remote and has a duration of 3 months. Responsibilities: Partner with Sales teams to support deal structuring, quote generation, pricing reviews, and opportunity management activities Review and analyze pricing proposals to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives Provide guidance on renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities to help drive revenue growth Assist with the creation and review of quotes, contracts, and related sales documentation Ensure compliance with pricing, approval, and operational processes while supporting efficient deal execution Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related issues and improve workflows Evaluate complex pricing scenarios and provide recommendations based on sound business judgment Requirements: 5 years of Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience within a software or technology environment Strong understanding of pricing models, recurring revenue businesses, and commercial deal structures Advanced Salesforce CRM experience; CPQ experience is a plus Proven ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable recommendations Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: The individual's skill sets, experience, and training; Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs.
