Associate Finance Manager - Skunk Works - Level 4 Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Be More Than You Can. Overview This role reports to the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team in Palmdale, CA, or Marietta, GA. The Associate Finance Manager supports a team of analysts in program finance functions including establishment and management of Program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Completion (EAC), and Earned Value analysis and reporting. Location: Palmdale, CA or Marietta, GA. Responsibilities Lead multiple financial cost analyses, including cost allocation, cost control, and preparation of financial performance reports and contractual deliverables. Provide career development support, generate performance evaluations, offer ongoing feedback, monitor training, and serve as a mentor. Interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as they apply to contracts, processes, and procedures. Interact with federal regulatory agencies and internal personnel to investigate and resolve U.S. and foreign government procurement regulatory compliance issues. Ensure continued approved status of major business processes and systems required for U.S. Government contracting. Negotiate rate agreements and assess the impact of changes to disclosed practices. Apply accounting principles to analyze costs and prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management. Advise and train company personnel on government procurement laws and regulations during key work phases. Audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with federal procurement regulations and operational requirements. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), and cost/reporting systems such as Cobra, Empower, and wInsight. Experience developing program baselines and Estimates at Completion. Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and mentor. Active DoD Secret clearance required. Benefits & Compensation Annual base salary range: $103,700 – $179,860 (adjusted for location).
