Zuma Director Of OperationsAs a Zuma Director of Operations, you are responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational performance of Zuma restaurants across the region. This role partners closely with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, guest experience, and consistent execution of Zuma standards. The Director of Operations provides strategic and hands-on leadership, develops high-performing teams, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures each restaurant achieves its operational and commercial objectives.Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
