The Commercial HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients — including office buildings, medical offices, and dental facilities — and is a key contributor to the company's continued growth across the region.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment across a variety of commercial settings.Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and controls-related issues.Service rooftop units and commercial equipment up to 100 tons, with experience on 50+ ton units being highly valued.Complete service documentation accurately and maintain parts inventory within the company vehicle.Report to the office approximately once per week to replenish stock and submit required paperwork.Operate independently from a home dispatch model using a fully equipped company van.Qualifications5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.Journeyman-level experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of commercial equipment.Hands-on experience with rooftop units and commercial package units.Familiarity with HVAC controls is preferred.Chiller experience is not required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Service TerritorySeattleEastsideMarysville and surrounding communitiesSouth to TacomaEast to Snoqualmie PassIf you are an experienced commercial HVAC professional looking for a stable, field-based role with a reputable company that values your expertise and invests in your success, we encourage you to apply today.
