Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
At Champions ABA - CT , we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Conduct behavioral assessments, skill inventories, and progress monitoring
Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Provide guidance and support to Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (CABAs) and other team members
Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 0 years of experience , with a strong background in ABA therapy and treatment planning
Work Environment:
Per Diem schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
In-home and community-based settings, with occasional travel to other locations within the Waterbury, CT area
