We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused professional to join our team as an Account Associate. In this role you will support daily agency operations, build strong customer relationships, and serve as a liaison between clients and agency departments.

About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close‑knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong community ties. I have been with State Farm for over 32 years, starting my career in Auto Claims, which shaped my passion for helping people during important moments in their lives. I hold a degree from Ohio State University and am active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and participating with Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce.

Role Description

As an Account Associate, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation

$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
