ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong community ties. I've been with State Farm for over 32 years, starting my career in Auto Claims, which helped shape my passion for helping people during important moments in their lives.

I'm a graduate of Ohio State University and stay very active in the community. I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and am involved with both the Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawna Stump - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
