Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the primary field recruitment support partner for assigned clubs and markets. This role is responsible for coordinating core recruiting and hiring activities, ensuring recruiting processes are executed efficiently, and supporting club leadership with staffing needs. The Recruiting Coordinator acts as the central point of contact for field recruitment administration, including opening requisitions, processing job code requests and updates, coordinating candidate movement through the hiring process, and maintaining recruiting records and systems. This position plays an important role in helping clubs attract and hire talent by providing hands‑on support throughout the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a part time role with up to 25 hour weekly. Position scope, responsibilities, performance, and future opportunities will be evaluated during the year-end review process based on business needs, operational priorities, and individual performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary field recruitment support resource for assigned clubs and operational leaders. Support club hiring needs by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and assist in facilitating recruitment activities. Respond to field recruiting inquiries and provide guidance on recruiting processes, procedures, and hiring workflows. Create, open, and maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Complete and process job code request forms, job code updates, position changes, and related position maintenance documentation. Ensure job postings are accurate, current, and aligned with approved hiring needs. Monitor requisition activity and partner with hiring managers to address aging openings and recruitment needs. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate screening and prescreening activities as assigned. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and support recruiting events, career fairs, club hiring events, and community outreach initiatives. Assist with candidate sourcing activities and talent pipeline maintenance. Track recruiting activity and assist in preparing reports related to hiring volume, requisition status, and recruiting effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and administrative processes. Support special projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1-3 years of experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, customer service, operations support, administrative support, or a related environment. Experience supporting managers, teams, customers, members, guests, or employees in a fast‑paced setting. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive working relationships. Comfortable learning and utilizing recruiting, HR, scheduling, and business systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field leaders and internal partners. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, service-oriented, or multi‑location organizations preferred. Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, customer service, or administrative processes preferred. Experience working with HR, recruiting, payroll, scheduling, or workforce management systems preferred. Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment on a regular basis. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, video conference, and email. Ability to occasionally move throughout club locations, recruiting events, and career fairs. Ability to lift and carry materials related to recruiting events and hiring activities up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel occasionally to support field recruiting activities, hiring events, and club visits. Travel Requirement Up to 10% travel for field recruiting activities, hiring events, career fairs, and club support. This role will be required to work in clubs. Compensation Summary All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan. Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above). Washington State : Receive 40 hours of sick time on your first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours, inclusive of time carried over. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education. Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant. Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $41,860.00-$52,325.00 (Exempt), $20.13-$25.16 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl.
