Maintenance Technician B

Key Responsibilities Include:
- All safety issues are #1 priority.
- Preventative Maintenance a) Diagnosing malfunctions in automated systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them efficiently.
- PLC programming and Modification a) Understanding and modifying PLC logic to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes.
- Robot programming, modification and manipulation a) Understanding and modifying Robot programs to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting a) Identifying and resolving issues with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
- System upgrades and modifications a) Implementing new automation technologies, software updates, and hardware upgrades to improve system functionality
What will make you successful? Required: 3 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment using automation is required. Previous maintenance experience is required. A high school diploma is required. Technical degree or equivalent technical training is required.
