To discover more, please visit our website at Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate freight quotations for inland transportation services. Analyze cost structures, carrier rates, and operational data to ensure competitive and profitable pricing. Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to obtain and validate up-to-date rate information. Support customers and partners by developing rate proposals and assisting with tender submissions. Maintain and regularly update pricing databases, rate sheets, and cost models. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to adjust pricing strategies as needed. Ensure all quotes and pricing activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to address pricing-related inquiries and support strategic decision‑making. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, or a related field (preferred). Solid understanding of international shipping processes and freight terms (e.g., Incoterms). Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS, ERP systems, or pricing tools is a plus.
