Human Resources Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant in our Springfield, MO facility. Job Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and assisting with new employee orientations Assist with the administration of the HR System - ADP Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll Complete benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits and answering benefit-related questions Assist with the administration of training, including training sessions and working with management to ensure training is completed on time Complete various HR-related reporting Administrative and clerical duties Work closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issues Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources or two years experience in a related field Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Type 50 wpm Strong interpersonal skills Organized Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Team oriented Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills About Our Company Since our inception in 1983, Grizzly Industrial, Inc.
