Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a fast-paced, multi-location organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and has experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and general accounting support. What You'll Do Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices, including coding, approvals, and duplicate invoice review Prepare weekly payment runs for approval Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Set up new vendors and maintain W-9 and 1099 information Cash & Reconciliations Post weekly sales activity into QuickBooks Online and reconcile Verify daily deposits against bank activity and follow up on discrepancies Reconcile credit card settlements and third-party delivery payments Review cash over/short activity and paid-outs and identify exceptions Accounts Receivable Prepare invoices for orders Maintain AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances Apply customer payments accurately Administrative Support Prepare bi-weekly hours information for payroll import Track business licenses and permit renewals What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of accounts payable, bank reconciliation, or general accounting experience Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables and lookup functions Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
