Job Duties Your Contribution

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests across various fieldschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and execute preventative maintenance on lab instruments.
• Facilitate specimen collection and refine samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor newly hired staff or students, and ensure lab quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Create a safe, organized work environment in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• Successful completion of the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure with us.
