Director OF Ecommerce

Owning the end-to-end web experience, the full-time salaried Ecommerce Director will manage site strategy, conversion performance, and merchandising while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving profitable revenue growth in a hybrid work environment based in New York, Utah, or remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the ecommerce site strategy and roadmap, focusing on conversion rates and revenue performance Lead onsite testing and optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates Oversee onsite merchandising and product discovery, ensuring effective upsell and cross-sell opportunities Required qualifications 10+ years of ecommerce experience with a strong background in Shopify DTC Proven track record of improving conversion rates through data-driven testing Fluency in AI applications within the DTC ecommerce landscape Experience in project management, collaborating with engineers and designers Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with limited resources
