Senior Business Development Manager – Late-Stage Private & Public Company Services About the Role: A leading Am Law firm seeks a Senior BD Manager to drive growth for our late‑stage private and public company platform. This role leads BD strategy across Capital Markets, M&A, and Litigation, partnering with practice leaders and managing a team of three BD managers. You’ll focus on public company cross‑selling and integrated initiatives for tech and life sciences clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute BD plans for late‑stage private/public companies. Manage and mentor three BD managers (Litigation, M&A, Capital Markets). Lead cross‑selling programs and strategic pursuits. Drive visibility through thought leadership, events, and sponsorships. Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years law firm BD experience (M&A, Capital Markets, Litigation). Proven team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of public companies and cross‑selling strategies. Experience with tech/life sciences sectors; ECVC a plus.
