Make a meaningful impact as a Paraprofessional supporting elementary-aged learners within a dynamic educational environment near Citrus Heights, CA. Two contract roles are available—one as a classroom aide in a Special Day Class (self-contained setting, grades TK-6), and another as a dedicated 1:1 aide for an elementary student. Both positions offer full-time schedules (30 hours per week) and run through June 11, 2027.

What we look for:

• Previous paraprofessional experience, especially in school settings.
• Candidates already cleared and onboarded for assignment.
• Ability to assist with toileting support and work hands-on with young students.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly with early elementary students.
• Compassion, reliability, and flexibility in responding to students’ diverse needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to lead teachers and students, helping ensure an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• For the Special Day Class role: deliver support to students across TK-6th grades, including assisting with toileting and adapting to individualized education plans (IEPs).
• For the 1:1 aide role: work closely with one elementary student, offering personalized assistance to promote their growth and classroom participation.
• Foster positive, respectful interactions with students, teachers, and families.
• Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to a nurturing school culture.
