Join Gainwell as a Call Center Clerk and support our mission to improve the health and well-being of the members we serve. In this role, you'll provide clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced call center environment, helping ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in West Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple priorities, and able to maintain accuracy while completing a variety of administrative and customer support tasks.

Perform data entry, clerical, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Review, update, and maintain information in systems and records while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support call center operations by processing requests, documentation, correspondence, and other assigned work. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations. Collaborate with team members and internal partners to resolve issues and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

At least 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or clerical work requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and applications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a dependable and professional approach to work.

Full-time, hybrid position based in West Sacramento, CA. Work will include a combination of on-site and remote work based on business needs. Ability to attend and successfully complete all required training. Fast-paced call center environment with established productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations. Reliable attendance and the ability to work the required schedule are essential to success in this role.

The pay range for this position is $31,200 - $44,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
