Your role in our mission includes entering and processing information from source claim documents accurately and efficiently. Review information for completeness and accuracy, identify data deficiencies, and make corrections according to established procedures. Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while completing assigned work within required deadlines. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information while following established policies and procedures. Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while contributing to the overall success of the Data Entry Operations team.

What we're looking for includes a high school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative, clerical, or related experience. Ability to perform data entry at a minimum speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with a strong focus on accuracy. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and accurately process high volumes of information. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet productivity expectations and deadlines. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position in Sacramento, California. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. This position works in a production environment with established productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations. Candidates will be required to complete a 10-key/data entry assessment and achieve a minimum score of 9,000 KSPH. Candidates will also be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process. This position is being posted for pipeline purposes, and we welcome applications on an ongoing basis.

The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
