What You Will Do:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations, and coordinate audits.
• Oversee cost accounting, pricing, profitability analysis, variance reporting, banking relationships, and financial oversight activities.
• Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic planning, operational initiatives, and organizational goals.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
