Your work sets the pace for every service, supports the entire culinary team, and ensures every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. • Prepare fresh ingredients with precision, consistency, and care.
• Wash, chop, portion, and organize vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, soups, and other recipes according to our standards.
• Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for busy lunch and dinner services.
• Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Work closely with our line cooks and chefs to keep service running smoothly.

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Pride in producing quality work every day.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependability—you show up ready to work and support your team.
• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and desire to learn.
