The position offers a unique opportunity to add value in an in-house environment while influencing internal controls and compliance processes. This is a temporary-to-hire role with an initial onsite period followed by a flexible hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities - Audit Accountant Oversee and execute audit and compliance processes to strengthen internal control frameworks Lead and support process improvement initiatives within accounting and compliance functions Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective audits, reporting accuracy, and regulatory adherence Contribute to the development of a culture focused on accountability, transparency, and best practices Identify gaps and implement enhancements to internal controls and compliance processes Qualifications - Audit Accountant 3+ years of experience in public accounting or in-house audit roles Strong background in auditing and accounting principles Experience establishing or improving internal controls and compliance frameworks CPA preferred but not required Exposure to broader accounting, audit, and compliance functions Proven ability to manage and implement process improvements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills #INJUL2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
