Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Location: Newington, CT 06111-5106. Position Summary Assist members by preparing fresh food items daily following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. Maintain cleanliness, temperature control, and product quality in the prepared foods area while supporting members with bakery orders. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh food items according to recipes and item specifications. Wrap, label, store, and manage inventory of prepared foods and rotisserie chicken. Keep shelves clean, monitor temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality products. Serve ready‑to‑eat food to members and maintain a clean, sanitized work area. Handle claims and returns, zone the area, and identify shrink and damages. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Use digital tools for production planning and quality control. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and train peers on products and processes. Promote a high‑quality customer experience and support club goals. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age 18 or older. Complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Experience with fresh food production. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $20.00–$28.00.
