This role is a great opportunity for Carpenters to start their career. This is an entry‑level role that provides coaching and mentorship to learn the Siding Unlimited business. The Carpenter Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting and partnering with the Carpenter installation team and Office team. Your Workweek Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. What You'll Do Learn the Siding Unlimited business (vendors, products and office team) Assist Carpenters on job sites (occasionally) Loading, unloading and securing company vehicles Picking up materials Communicate with vendors and office team in a professional manner Collaborate with many different teams Work in outdoor conditions We Are Looking For Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors. Excellent attention to detail, time management and organization skills. Capable of setting and meeting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have Education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
