WE’RE HIRING: Licensed New Home Sales Host – New Construction Love real estate, new homes and meeting people—but not necessarily the constant grind of finding your own clients? RealSmart Properties is looking for a polished, personable and outgoing California-licensed real estate professional to host new construction homes for our builder clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain or deepen their experience in real estate while working flexible hours. Friday through Tuesday This is more than simply opening the door and greeting visitors. You’ll represent our team and our builder clients at new construction homes, welcome and register prospective buyers, provide property tours, learn and communicate the home's features, answer questions, identify buyer interest, enter leads and notes into Salesforce, and conduct initial follow-up. When you’ve identified a serious buyer, you’ll make a warm handoff to our sales team to take it from there. We're looking for someone who is: Polished, professional and reliable Warm, outgoing and comfortable approaching people Interested in new construction and residential real estate Organized and comfortable with basic CRM/technology Available consistently Friday through Tuesday New construction experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, professionalism and ability to connect with people.
