Responsibilities Assist and support the laundry, public area, and guest rooms teams, working varying shifts throughout the week. Process hotel and guest laundry and maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms. Respond to guest and colleague requests and provide assistance as needed. Support room attendants by stocking all landings with necessary housekeeping supplies. Be assigned additional special projects as needed to support the housekeeping team. Maintain a fast pace while demonstrating exceptional communication and guest service skills. Be able to lift, push, pull a moderate weight and stand/walk throughout the shift. Hourly Rate The hourly rate range is $27.50–$28.05. The starting rate is $27.50, and colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more earn $28.05. Potential Additional Compensation Gratuities provided at the guest’s discretion. Extra beds made (e.g., sofas and roll‑aways).
