Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients when necessary, evaluating their mental health status using established tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create individualized care plans tailored to the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as needed to support optimal mental health outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific health goals.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and treatment providers, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of care.

• Mentor and provide educational opportunities for students, interns, and other healthcare professionals within the team.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaboration under the guidance of your supervisor to enhance team member development and clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
