Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients utilizing standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring a tailored approach to individual mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, addressing both cultural diversity and specific needs unique to the patient population served.

• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress continually, modifying treatment interventions based on ongoing assessments and evidence-based practices.
