Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, employing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy workshops that encourage peer support and community building among clients dealing with similar challenges.

• Lead family counseling sessions that focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts within family dynamics.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and making appropriate referrals to additional support services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and HIPAA-compliant documentation of patient records to facilitate continuity of care and treatment outcome tracking.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote high-quality patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
