Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, with a focus on emotional support and coping mechanisms during end-of-life care.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as group therapy and family interventions, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals to navigate their unique situations effectively.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and hospice staff, to ensure integrated care that addresses both physical and emotional aspects of clients’ needs.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes, providing crucial guidance and resources to families coping with grief and loss.

Compensation and Benefits\n
