Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW at Peaceful Mind Recovery, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based strategies to support client growth and recovery.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Providing education on mental health issues and available community resources to clients and their families.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
