Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Senior LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide psychotherapy using various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to address differing mental health concerns.

• Document clinical sessions and treatment progress accurately and promptly in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to provide a seamless and coordinated treatment experience for patients.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and receiving feedback to continuously improve the quality of care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources, actively involving them in their care journey.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health; integrate current research findings into therapeutic practices to enhance patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse patient population, focusing primarily on individuals facing serious illness and their families within a hospice care context. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
