Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in the health and well-being of your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that align with established best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Utilizing your expertise to administer a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and uphold the standards of our organization.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Engaging in ongoing supervision and consultation sessions to promote continuous improvement in clinical practices.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health concepts, treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically focused on providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
