Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect and analyze detailed information about clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically designed to address specific mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline each client’s goals and evidenced strategies to help achieve them.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to address critical situations as they arise.

• Maintain meticulously accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
