Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnoses patients to evaluate their mental health status, applying tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and specific needs.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and implement therapeutic interventions and strategies to address mental health diagnoses, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment progress, clinical information, and other required documentation utilizing current technology, in compliance with regulatory and departmental procedures.

• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to establish comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving desired patient outcomes.

• Facilitate effective referrals and act as a liaison between patients and additional mental health resources, helping navigate the complexities of continued care.

• Provide education, guidance, and supervision to students, interns, and volunteers involved in the practice or observing clinical settings.

• Support continuous improvement by participating in peer reviews, chart audits, and team development initiatives under the guidance of clinical supervision.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid State of Arizona License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
