Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge mental health status, utilizing appropriate tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and individual needs.

• Monitor patient progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records using current technology in conformance with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to devise comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient goals and desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active LCSW license in the State of California.

• Ability to physically perform essential job functions, including moving freely and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
