Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and environmental factors influencing their well-being.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans uniquely suited to each client's needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting achievable goals, and utilizing the most effective interventions available.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in acute distress.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and collective healing.

• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements related to practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
