Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the student population.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and external mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students, ensuring a team-based approach.

• Facilitate engaging and informative group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing student emotional resilience.

• Offer crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure student safety and well-being during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Sky Social Work Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
